1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 100cuc website accessible at 100cuc.one and all services provided on it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses 100cuc services.
• "Company" or "We" refers to the operator of the 100cuc platform, operating under international licensing.
• "Games" refers to all online gambling products available on this platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and others.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or promotional benefits granted by the Company to a Member.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by a Member using RM (Malaysian Ringgit).

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 100cuc platform, Members must meet the following requirements:

• Register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances.
• Provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process. False or misleading information constitutes a violation of these terms.
• Ensure that use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable in the user's location.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.

100cuc reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your identification card / MyKad) at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide documents within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction or termination of the account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The 100cuc platform supports a range of convenient payment methods for Malaysian players. The following are the terms relating to financial transactions:

• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM30.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the payment method selected.
• All withdrawals must use the same payment method as the deposit method, subject to identity verification policies.
• The Company reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for verification purposes, fraud prevention, or compliance with licensing requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 100cuc are subject to specific usage conditions that must be met before any withdrawal from bonus credits is permitted.

For the 100cuc Welcome Bonus:

• New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to RM300.
• This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM700 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

Other promotions announced from time to time each have their own conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. Members are encouraged to read the conditions of each promotion carefully before participating.

100cuc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system or manipulate game outcomes will result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6. User Conduct and Prohibitions

100cuc members agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools intended to manipulate games or platform processes.
• Cooperation or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or our servers.
• Use of the account for illegal fund transfers or money laundering.
• Providing false information to customer support or during the verification process.
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonus benefits.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in temporary account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and/or appropriate legal action.

7. Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting 100cuc customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and pending transactions will be settled in accordance with current policies.

100cuc reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Detection of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or licensing bodies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The 100cuc platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Members use this platform at their own risk.

The Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Amendments to Terms

100cuc reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the Member's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered full acceptance of that amendment.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where this platform is licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a competent court in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
